My intention is to help you
TUNE INTO YOUR INNER WISDOM
This wisdom has the ability to heal anything in your life.
Everything I do is aimed to help you awaken your inner Wise Woman, so she can be the one that guides you on your path. She knows how you are meant to share your beautiful light, love, gifts and healing medicine with your world.
The picture is of me at Stonehenge, the very first time I visited, which was just three weeks after my heart attack - and I could feel how these ancient stones healed me.
A journey of learning how to
Let spirit lead
I grew up in a dysfunctional family, as my father was an alcoholic and brain damaged from a car accident.
I left my native Sweden when I was 18 and then spent the next 6 years exploring, backpacking and trying to find my path. When I returned to Europe in 1992, I found myself living alone in London, having just experienced a bad relationship break-up. All my inner wounds started to surface and I fell into a deep depression. This darkness ended when I had a dream where I saw myself hanging from the ceiling. As I woke up, I knew I had to change, so I prayed to Spirit for help. And Spirit answered.
The beginning
This was the beginning of my own spiritual awakening and I was guided to various books that helped me change my thought patterns (such as Love is the Answer by Gerald Jampolsky, The Power is Within You by Louise Hay, Creative Visualisation by Shakti Gawain, and A Course in Miracles). Six weeks later the depression was totally gone, 4 months later my bulimic eating disorder had disappeared, and I had connected with my soul in such a deep way that my life would forever be transformed.
This is when I started to follow my soul’s guidance – a guidance that led me to train in various healing modalities so that I could help others discover that they too have the power to heal themselves when they let Spirit guide them.
My life today
Today I am happily married, with two beautiful adult daughters, and two cats – Rosie, a blue-eyed Ragdoll mix, who does not seem to have quite realised yet that she’s a cat…. and Lily, a Snowshoe cat, who’s a tiny bit too good at climbing (curtains, doors, hat stands…).
I’m so grateful that I started listening to my soul’s voice from that moment when I first prayed, back in 1992. The life my soul has led me to is so much more than I could ever have dreamt of.
And this is my wish for you to - that you let your soul lead you to the life that is so much more, so much better than what the ego-mind could have ever planned for you.
These days I don’t travel as much – instead I journey into the invisible world of Spirit – in meditation, in my shamanic work, and through teaching my shamanic energy medicine trainings. But of course I still regularly visit mystical power places, where the veil between this world and the Spirit world is thinner, such as Chalice Well Gardens, the Tor in Glastonbury and the Inner Circle at Stonehenge – where I’ve had many mystical experiences – and I visited Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain in Peru a few years ago. Plus, of course, my own ‘spiritual places’ are from my own ancestral roots - Lapland, the beautiful forests in Sweden, and the stunning Stockholm Archipelago. Nature is where I connect most deeply with my soul and Spirit.
A little about me…
I’ve immersed myself in the study of the body, mind and spirit since 1992 when I became a student of A Course in Miracles.
I graduated in 1997 with a BSc (First Class Honours) in Osteopathic Medicine, and in Naturopathy (I studied at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London). I then specialised in cranial osteopathy (with specific focus on paediatrics).
In 2002 I continued my studies into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (I’m an NLP Trainer, having trained in NLP with John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair, Michael Carrol and David Shepherd), and hypnosis, which later led me into the world of shamanic energy medicine – initially from the Andes and Amazonas. And then, as I knew how to journey into the World of Spirit, my own ancestral wisdom started to awaken, which is from the Norse tradition. And through the Norse goddesses I was then introduced to the Celtic tradition (there are many overlaps between the Norse and the Celtic), perhaps because both my daughters have Norse and Celtic blood flowing through their veins, and on my grandfather’s side we have Walloon ancestry.
